01 General Terms

02 Account Register

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

05 Withdrawal Policy

Your account's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals cannot be processed without verification.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

07 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded
• Ed44 reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, payment will be made based on the correct result
• Bets will be voided if match fixing or abnormal betting patterns are detected

Live betting relies on real-time data. In the event of a data delay, ed44's decision on any resulting disputes will be considered final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ed44 and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system
• Using another person's identity or payment method
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software
• Gaming or betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Threatening or harassing other users

If any prohibited activity is detected, ed44 will immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be permanently closed.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Ed44 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Suspicion of financial fraud or fraudulent activity
• Submitting an excessive number of chargebacks or disputes
• Self-Exclusion Request

Upon account closure, if there is no breach of the rules, any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

You can close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter to ed44's licensing authority. ed44's decision shall be considered final in dispute resolution, unless the licensing authority rules otherwise.

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, server logs and game records shall serve as the final and definitive evidence.

12 Terms Updates & Enforceability

Ed44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-site notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid. The laws of ed44's licensing jurisdiction shall govern the resolution of all legal disputes.
